Embassy will NOT charge for this service.<\/p><ul><li>Afghan Nationals Born Outside Afghanistan\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>The Embassy will attest:<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A. The original or translation of a Birth Certificate issued and attested by the country of birth of the applicant (excluding Afghanistan). The fee for this service is $15.USD for one Birth<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Certificate.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 B. The original or translation of the Birth Certificate issued in a third country and attested by the Embassy\/Consulate General\/High Commission of applicant\u2019s country of birth. The<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 fee for this service is $15.USD for one Birth Certificate.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 C. The original or translation of the Birth Certificate issued in a third country and attested by the Embassy\/Consulate General of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in that country<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 where the Birth Certificate was issued.
